Official transcripts may be ordered in person and by mail from the Admissions and Records Office.

El Camino College

If you desire an official transcript for work completed at El Camino College Compton Center for Fall 2006 and after, please click here for processing your transcript.  Please note that if you attended both institutions you must request separate official transcripts for Compton Community College and El Camino College.

El Camino College transcripts are processed at the Torrance campus only. El Camino College transcript requests submitted at the Compton Center will be forwarded to the Torrance campus for processing.  Therefore, pick up service for El Camino College transcripts is only available at the Torrance campus.

El Camino College Compton Center Admissions Records Office hours are 8:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m., Monday through Thursday and 9 a.m. - 1 p.m. Fridays. Transcript requests must be in writing, you may mail your request or fill out a request form in person.

Please Note: No same day process available.

Requesting Compton College Transcripts

If you desire an official transcript of work completed at Compton College prior to Fall 2006, please follow the directions below.

The first two transcripts in a lifetime are complimentary. Transcripts leave the records office between five and ten working days after they are requested if submitted at the Admission Office and picked up. Mail requests require additional days.

If ordering by mail, be sure to include the following information for Compton Community College for attendance prior to Fall 2006:

• Name (first and last) under which you attended Compton Community College
• Birth date
• Social Security Number (Student Number)
• Approximate dates of attendance
• Address to where the transcripts are to be sent.
• Signature
• Transcript Request Form
• Send your request along with your check (Payable to Compton Community College for $5 per transcript). Once received, the turnaround time is five business days plus mail delivery days.

Next day service costs $8.  Transcripts will be available for pick up or sent the next day, not the same day the request is made or received.  The first two lifetime transcripts do not qualify for next day service.
